A dangerous diseas called obesity

Many may consider it as is simple, and is seen by some as simply a form of unacceptable or distort the beauty of our bodies, and remembers little danger, however, they stand idly by unable to stop it. To all of these and to you , my dear, we say - beware of the dangerous disease called obesity, must always remember that disease, not a simple disease, it's a disease of serious diseases , it is a disease of modern times. -What is obesity? Obesity is the increase in the body weight caused by the accumulation of fat, and the accumulation caused by imbalance between energy intake of food and energy consumed in the body. -Food and its types: Any type of food must have include one of the following nutrients: 1 - carbohydrates 2 - fat 3 - proteins 4 - minerals and vitamins 5 – Water -Each of these elements plays an important role in supplying the body energy. Food differ in their contents of these elements, some foods contain all the nutrients, while some contain an element of one or two only, for example fruits contain more carbohydrates than any other element, bread and milk contain carbohydrates more than proteins and fat, meat Contain more protein than fat and carbohydrates, sugar contains only carbohydrates. -When eating carbohydrates ,they are degraded to a simple sugars called Monosaccharides (Glucose) to be used directly as fuel to provide the human body energy, part of them stored in the liver in the form of Glycogen .when there is amount over the body needs ,they turn to fat stored in fatty tissues of the body. -The proteins: They degrade to simple compounds to be absorbed by tissues and muscles or turn into Glucose for immediate use as energy, or they turn into fat stored in fatty tissues of the human body. When eating fat, they either become Glucose used directly for energy production or stored in the fatty tissues of your body.
