4-Try to avoid the use of any cosmetics on your body if you can because it helps the process of cleaning.

The best diet fruits: apple - grapes - Kiwi - mangoes - peach - pear - strawberry.

The best vegetables: cabbage - islands - Celery - onion - lettuce - beet – broccoli.


-Three suggestions for detox diet:


1-Diet for one day

This diet will help to give the rest to the digestive system and is excellent for those who suffer from ulcers in the stomach and the repatriation of many illnesses of cold

-In the morning:
Drink a glass of lukewarm water with the juice of half lemon

-Breakfast:
Husked fruit chosen from the list prior

-Before lunch:
Drink a glass of mint or chamomile or fresh fruit juice

-Lunch:
Fresh salad from the former list. Can add a few lemon juice and some fresh herbs such as parsley or other choice

-Dinner:
The salad of vegetables and fruit salad

-Before going to sleep:

2-Diet for two days:

- Glass of hot water with half lemon juice in the morning
