The ten lies about diet

To know right from wrong with regard to the rules of diet is the first step towards the success of diet and access to the ideal weight. 1-Setting a specific duration for weight loss: Identifying specific period of time to reduce the weight of things that fail diet, because it affects a person frustrated quickly. Weight loss requires a permanent change in the way of life, not a quick solution. 2-Fats are bad: Some fats are harmful to health, but some are useful and necessary. 3-Carbohydrates are harmful: We must distinguish between harmful carbohydrates such as white sugar, and starches which are useful and rich in vitamins, which is located in some vegetables and whole grains. 4-Decrease the weight by refraining from eating: Refrain from eating deprives the body of important nutrients, leading to diseases and decreased blood pressures. 5-Don’t eat after 6 pm: It doesn’t depend on time of eating insofar as it relates to the type of the food you eat and time of your sleep. 6-Salad table in restaurants is the solution of your fitness: This belief is inappropriate, there are types of salads that make you gain weight cause there are fats and mayonnaise or oil have been added to it. 7-Soft drinks that contain one calorie (diet): There is no scientific evidence that these drinks help you lose weight. 8-Not to calculate your weight: Contrary to this mistaken belief, studies have shown that the measurement of weight helps to periodically reduced. 9-Diet pills reduce your weight: Is not reasonable that the health food and exercise can be replaced by the diet pills only. 10-Joining the gym: Exercise not only to go to the fitness gym, sports can be exercised anywhere, what we want to benefit is to move the whole body.
